I ended up sanding the Parker paint that I first put on, then I went to Lowe’s and got some Rust-Oleum marine paint. I rolled 3 coats on everything. It was probably more work than some of the high end paints but I’m happy with how it turn out. With that you have to wait 24 hours and sand between coats so it took me about 4 weekends. Humidity was and is brutal so it took awhile to cure, but it seems like it’ll be pretty durable.
