Can someone tell me how far it is from HH to the river walk in Savannah by boat.Thanks

Roughly 30 miles, depending on where you are on Hilton Head.

Be careful in the Savannah River, a lot of trees and debris get washed down. Got to pay attention. The current is very strong and you might have to share a narrow channel with a container ship.
