Hit that woman Ray

Me thinks the woman involved in the beat down feels that she was on her way to half his loot, so she married the loser. Then TMZ got the elevator video and lights out baby… Her goals and aspirations of divorcing him and taking half his millions dried up like a one-tit rabbit just giving birth.

Who is the bigger dumbarse in that marriage… Sheesh.

Please tell us all about this Charles Stanley fellow.

I guess she feels bout stupid right now. Now she’s stuck with an abusive expired pro.

Lol… Charles Stanley. You guys cause me to chortle too much.

I get tired of all the outrage about abuse on women being the focal point for some politician to beat his chest about his moral courage. Yes, we all agree that its wrong. WE ALL DO. You don’t get bonus points for being mad at a thug beating on his wife/girlfriend/whatever. Get off your soapbox and arrest this bum; why go after the NFL? Hold the wife beater accountable, not the NFL.

Lots of security job openings at Walmart…

The NFL is a meritocracy, as is, or was, the military. As such they are prime targets for the PC agenda of the socialist transformation of the USA. A nation that was founded on the principle of individual responsibility, and inalienable rights granted at birth by God cannot be usurped by the progressive agenda if large, popular organizations are allowed to function within the context of “May the best man win”. These institutions must be attacked and de-legitimized in order to undermine the founding principles of America. Keep in mind that baseball has softball, soccer has co-equal male and female representation, as does basketball, volleyball, tennis, golf, racing, skiing, etc., etc. Only football remains as the last bastion of male domination and participation. As such it is a legitimate target for destruction by the left. Make no mistake…it is targeted for destruction either through medical analysis of traumatic head injury, or social condemnation for aberrant behavior by a sample of participants, if not both. This is political to the core. Why no comparison to fundamental practices of honor killings, genital mutilation, stoning, and lashing of women in the eastern cultures and the Islamic societies? Don’t get fooled by staring at the trees. As for the woman who married Rice, what does her message really say about the values and moral integrity of her motives? Doesn’t her circumstance serve as a warning to not report abuse so as not to put the earning potential and lifestyle choice at risk? An unintended consequence perhaps?

Serves them both right… He’s a POS who slaps around women. And she is willing to take a beating to be a rich, kept, NFL wife. Sounds like they are a good match. Best part may be that Ray Lewis was his mentor.

Q- What do you tell a woman with two black eyes?

Nothing… U done told her twice.

This is not a political issue… This is not the NFL’s product. This dude likes punching those weaker than him honestly. Must’ve been the runt of the litter.

Holding the NFL accountable is akin to holding Nike accountable for shoe bombers. I do agree he deserved to be fired tho.

Simple. If that was any of us in that video. WE WOULD BE IN JAIL.
I don’t give a crap about the NFL. I care that he is a free man

It’s not the NFL’s place to fire him for this. I don’t care if they have a conduct policy or not. Its the State Law’s place to arrest this thug for this crime, that in turn will result in his no longer having a job. Problem solved the correct way.

We’ve gotten so far away from men being accountable for themselves because they are athletes. Its a sad state of affairs.

This ticks me off in the same manner than Famous Jameis’s Dad blaming the school for not stopping him son from stealing crab legs. He’s a grown man!!! Its his fault, not the school’s!

Oh look at the high and mighty people in here. She jumped his ass and slapped him a couple of times. Then he gave her the Irish eyes for her trouble. Any sane woman would have put on her walking shoes and hit the road. What did she do, marry him. She’s a gold digging whore who was riding the train for as long as it would run. I (**() guarantee you she’s already talking to an attorney to see how much she can take before he goes broke.

NO, you shouldn’t hit a woman in any instance but let’s not act like she’s a demure innocent party in the entire episode. AND the NFL has zero business inserting itself into the man’s personal life. The law and courts should be the ones to take the case but, she wasn’t willing to press charges.

Overblown bull**** if you ask me.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Lots of battered woman do not file charges. And do not leave. And yes, many marry.
It is called battered woman syndrome. Look at the way he drug her out of the elevator. Dropped her down, and does Nothing to check on her. He even left her face down.
No matter what she did in that elevator, she does not deserve that.
Lost a lot of respect for you on that one, salty

Btw. I love Harlem nights.

I guarantee you Battered Women Syndrome didn’t have a (**() thing to do with her staying or marrying. Her access to his bank account did though. They both came from very little financially but, now he’s a millionaire. She could have pressed charges and received a big financial settlement but how long would that have lasted her. She wasn’t going to make waves and leave the meal ticket.

Yeah, he’s a POS and should do time for his actions, wouldn’t argue that one bit. However, let’s call it what it is. And this is a matter for the courts and his team, NOT the NFL Commissioner to decide.

You are acting like she started dating him because he was rich. Not the case.

The commissioner should set the rules that apply to everyone. But he is known for being fair or equal in his discipline.

No one said it was the NFLs responsibility to fire the guy… But the team does employ him and he is a walking, living, breathing billboard and representative of the team. If the team simply awaited the judicial arm to take over and jail this guy then that would put them in jeopardy of losing patrons, sponsors and fans. It also sets the precedent that they are either lazy and don’t care to deal with the matter or they condoned the punks behaviors. They did the right thing.

Now, the real issue is how the NFL has botched their investigation, obviously tried to hide the extent of the knowledge of the elevator video and the subsequent falsehoods in attempting to cover it up. That was a seriously unprofessional and mishandling of a simple matter.

Were they High School sweethearts? Did they date through college? Do you know when or where he met her? Read and analyze her statement, not hard to read between those lines. You’re trying to give too much credit to the love aspect and not the money.

Is she a victim of CDV, you bet. In that same vein, technically so is he. Except he was the one attacked first. He knocked her out for sure but the way the law could look at it is she was the aggressor.

Big overblown mess not really worth discussion but we are. Your turn.
