All right y’all…my wife Wendy has her first “featured artist” show at the Beaufort Art Association beginning May 12 and running through June 22 at the BAA Gallery 913 Bay Street in downtown Beaufort. Title of her show is “Hooked On Fishing.”</font id=“size2”></font id=“maroon”>

Please check it out and come by the opening reception Friday, May 17th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm if you get the chance…

wildlifesc, not to steal your thunder, I will definetly check out your wifes show. I have a daughter going to USCB on an art scholarship (freshman). She recently won second at the students art contest for a swordfish bill she painted (caught one night fishing last summer). All the contestants paintings are on display at the performing arts center downtown. Everyone should check out and support all the local artists, USCB and Beaufort are making a big effort to make the town an art destination. Look foward to meeting you and your wife, hopefully, at the reception.
