ICW Restaurants?

Any good restaurants around Edisto Island that have dockage available for lunch?

NO!

Political Correctness: A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end!

although not on the ICW, and if they are not too busy, you can tie up at Edisto marina and walk down to the Dock Side restaraunt, not sure they are open for lunch though, …Edisto marina is a couple of miles downriver from ■■■■■■■ Cut

If you go to the trouble of walking to Dockside I hope you are treated better than we were two weeks ago. Won’t go there again. The servers were great but the old lady that was on the register needs an attitude adjustment. Food prices were out of control as well.

I have spent most of my life fishing.
The rest has been wasted.

Dockside opens @ 5 PM -

oh well, no lunch at Dock Side!! If you are lucky, you might get a hot dog at the marina

Any truth to the rumor that Sunset Grille will be opening soon?

Heard the same rumor about sunset about three weeks a go. There has been a building permit there since March

If it does, I hope it has local seafood this time. At least the shrimp.

Buck’s Pizza will deliver you something down tot he marina if you’ll give them a call. 843-869-5000
We have pizza, wings, hoagies, salads, and more… The ship store should have menu in side.

Never thought of that. Thanks for the tip! Was thinking about packing up the grill for the weekly visit to Otter but this sounds like a better idea. We cruise by the marina about every trip. The restaurant used to have some good cheese burgers but that was years ago.

Edisto really needs somewhere to eat that is accessible by water. It reall is a lot of fun to be able to get in the boat spend time on the water have a good meal then head back out for a cruise back to the dock.

Dockside is open for lunch!

LOVED the fish stew…so much that we had it on two occasions and asked for the recipe to bring home to Connecticut. Need to cut it down but making it tomorrow.
Crab cakes were great. Service was personal and friendly. No complaints…keep the faith!

Amen! I do however like the idea of sitting on the benches at the Marina and eating some Buck's Pizza's Wings.
