The SEC will produce the national champion once again and also once again, the Gamecocks have nothing to do with it.
After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.

Remember when you said Clemson would have a void in leadership and a drop off on D after Vic Beasley left. Boy you really hit that nail on the head. You should work for espn or something.
If Fritz said that, he was on the wrong side of the ball with that claim. Instead, there’s a lack of leadership and a HUGE drop off on the O after Watson left. Wouldn’t be surprised if Bryant was #2 QB for the opener next season.
Fritz isn’t liberal enough to work at ESPN.

LOL!!! I can’t believe they’re really pushing that the way they are. Don’t get me wrong, UCF had a hell of a season but they didn’t get snubbed or disrespected. Their numbers (strength of schedule, RPI and all of that other jargon the prognosticators use) simply didn’t compare to the top teams in the country. Personally, by claiming a NT, they’re making a mockery of the season they had by becoming the butt of jokes.

Well they did beat Auburn, who beat Georgia and Alabama…
It might be a sad way of doing it, but it didn’t stop Bama from claiming numerous titles like that. 64 and 73 to name a few.
I am not in any way endorsing UCF as Champions. Just pointing out the fallacy more so in Bama’s “16” championships.

And…? Miami beat Syracuse but Syracuse beat Clemson. Auburn beat Georgia and then turned around and lost to Georgia. What does that prove?
Besides, while UCF uses that same weak analogy, that’s just one game and one game doesn’t define a season. Final standings/rankings are based on an entire season and it was that season as a whole that landed UFC where it did…without a seat at the table.
