Went to IOP this morning, skunked. Got to the shore around 0800 and there were lot of people on the beach so I stayed there about 30 mins and moved to the breach inlet side right beside the bridge. Set up with fresh cut shrimp and Gulp shrimp on a double drop rig and after about 2 hours of not even a nibble I left.
It was a nice day out none the less.
Beats workin’ ! I fished IOP Sat. Caught 12 Rays of various sizes but no fish, ZIP!! Was on the beach from 8:30-4:00. I can’t say I didn’t try. And any day fishing is very nice. 
The tide was pretty rough yesterday. A 3oz pyramid wouldn’t hold the bottom. Was it the same Saturday when you went?
any of the rays give you some pullage, Parker?
On the incoming, change to a 5oz. seemed to hold okay, the 3oz. was slipping a bit. And yeah webster, a couple wear maybe 18"-20" across kinda fun on 15lb. mono. I’ll be glad when the fish get used to the cold water!
