Wanted to fish yesterday, but… 
. Got out this morning about 7:30. BREEZY all day. Current/ wind push was’t that bad untill about 11:45. Had to add weight. Landed a very mixed bag. Whiting, small Blue fish, some nice Croakers and more Dogfish than I normally catch in a whole season! 10 of 'em! Was slow overall, blame it on the rain.

no luck today in myrtle beach surf. fished with some friends and we had 6 rods out and only caught 1 whiting 
the wind was horrible and the waves were 4-5ft high.
Sounds like a good time. Nice looking croaker. Are those any good to eat? Caught a really tiny one today at northbridge park but to small to keep

I here Croaker are very tasty. You are correct on the wind and waves Webster, both steadily increased all day. Fortunately for us here in Chuck town, more east then north east. Buy 11:00, 12-15 with 20-22 gusts. Started getting’ sand blasted. Left about 1:45.
Philflush, although I do catch plenty of fish in the surf, rarely do I harvest any. I will keep Pompano and nice keeper Specks. Occasionally we’ll take a few Whiting to fry, but 99% catch and release.
