Any suggestions on where to park legally around this area?

Better you stay down by the pier, no fish up that way. 
I here 35th is good? 25th? 
Seriously though, As long as you are not on the pavement, or parked on top of some Hydrangea or Pittosporum bushes, you will be okay. Parking on that end of the island is limited.

I agree with Parker… Better fishing down south hahaha.
Anywhere that someone hasn’t out spikes or some kind of barricade is fair game as long as you can get the tires off the asphalt.
Thank you all! I was there at 42nd And fishing the out going tide with fresh shrimp, caught 1 black drum, 2 reds and lots of whiting! Great day on the water!
