Firstly, thx to all for earlier tips on rigs, etc. Was a big help for a newbie to SC surf fishing.
Was in wild dunes area of iop. Caught 15 whiting, 1 ray, and a small pompano. All on shrimp. Fished for about an hour. Kids loved it, fish on nearly the whole time. Most fish were small, but a few whiting were decent. Will be at it again tmr tweaking a few things to find a few larger fish.
