Pulled a Ferris Bueller and took Friday off. Hit the beach about 8 and fished till 2:30. Flat calm all day. 1 nice trout, a bunch of small blues, several nice whiting and 5 rays. No reds again. I think I’m jinxed. Even moved twice. Still one of the most beautiful beach days in many months. Glad to see some of you all getting into the big ones. I’m headed out of town next weekend, but hope I’ll get a few more chances at them in November.
