I’ll be there. It’ll be my first Meet & Fish.

Got family visiting, so don’t think I can make it unfortunately. Have a great time.

I’ll try to make it, 1st time too. Is everyone using artificials?

I always bring some mud minnows because my son prefers them and I like to have a back up plan. My prowess with artificials has not yet reached the level I desire.

PS: Has anyone seen the weather forecast for Sunday? Kinda sucks.

30% chance of rain - high of 61…if wind stays down, it shouldn’t be too crummy.

That’s better, the forecast I saw said 60%. Maybe that percentage will keep going down.

I plan to be there despite the weather, although chance of rain is down and wind looks fairly calm. I need someone to show me how they use a jig, and retrieval technique. Thanks

Many go fishing all of their lives without knowing that it is not fish they are after.

I have been keeping an eye on the weather forecast and it looks like things might be going in everyones favor. There is a good chance that most of the rain will be forming and falling off of our coast. Cross your fingers!

where is the copahee landing cant find it on any maps thanks

North of Mt. P, up Hwy 17 N maybe 4 - 5 miles north of the IOP connector. Turn right on Gadsdenville Road. Go straight. There is a sigh out on the hwy.

found it. thanks, looking forward to meeting all of you! this will be my first true attempt at red and trout fishing so i ask you all this… if you had only one LURE for the rest of your red and trout fishing days what would it be:question:

I’m in. See you guys Sunday.

Sauerkraut

I have had luck with electric chicken and pearl colors…

Get you some Trout Tricks, they have worked for most everyone, including me. But I think it is where and how you work what you have that is probably more important. I am bringing some cut mullet as a back up, with the idea that reds may be sitting in the flats. Hoping the scent will attract them. I guess we’ll see.

I will bring artificials, cut bait, and some mud minnows…I like to be prepared for anything.
