Jellyfish sting remedy

Anything good besides meat tenderizer? I’m taking nieces, grand nieces, and wife to Deveaux bank for swimming and shelling Sat.,so some one will probably get a tenacle or two,so instead of trolling for kings I’ll be protecting from stings! It’ll still be a blast watching those little girls. Thanks for any info

bleach solution poured over the sting will give relief. Boat capt I use to work for in the 70’s always had some on board. (Our lines occassionally drifted through Portg. Man of war tentacles and would get caught up in the lines)

OUCH!!![:0]

Just trying to learn every bit I can about saltwater fishing…

Posting on a message board all the time doesn’t make you smart. Frankly, it just means you probably need to get a life.

Lol, yah ouch. I worked on a drift boat and on night charters when trying to untangled a mess of lines, in the dark its hard to tell the difference in a line and a tentacle!

White vinegar specifically is the best to use.
