King/Dolphin Tybee Trough

Im going to try for a king, weather permitting, July 4th weekend out of Hilton Head.I think Ill be able to get live menhaden and plan on naked slow troll live menhaden with maybe a spoon or dual king rig thrown in. We usually run out to 100-130 ft to bottom fish and am wondering if we should try for the Kings that deep? Over the Betsy Ross? Eagles Nest? Live Bottom? Closer in? Plan is to try for a king for an hour or so and then go for the bottom fish.I also heard of a few dolphin being caught in 100 ft of water as well. Anyone troll the Tybee Trough or too close for action?

I used to whack the kings at the tire reef, slow trolling live menhaden. Haven’t been there in a long time, so I don’t know if they are still there. The SAV ship channel is usually full of barracudas if you want some of that action.
