What a great guy and I think this is a good spot for him. I think he wants to coach high school eventually and help shape young men’s lives. We need more people like him in these rolls

Probably the best thing for recruiting that’s happened to the Gamecocks.

90ft banner was pretty sweet too.

Not as sweet as 5 in a row though.

Down here is where a signature goes but they can confuse and anger some people so I don’t have one.

Those 5th place rings were pretty sweet too

As was the shelacking in the SEC Championship game. …the apex of coot folklore

West Virginia just scored again.

Let’s be honest. Clemson lost to Auburn the same year (2010) and AU was a #16 team at the time. Cam had not hit his stride yet, as it was only the third game of the season.

When SCar played AU they were the #1 team in the country. Perspective means a lot.

I also believe Clemson lost in Death Valley to that folklore team from Cola Town by 29-7.

Clemson gets beat by Auburn and SCar in the same year, but SCar loses to AU in the SEC Championship game with the Heisman trophy winning QB.

How is that a good thing for Clemson? Clemson logic, gotta love it…

The term is “tater logic.”

I apologize Capt., you’re correct. Very subtle difference as “Clemson logic” is for those that graduated from Clemson.

I hope you can accept my sincere apology for my error. I tend to give too much credit to folks by trying to be nice. It is a weakness I need to work on in the new year. I need to be more wise when extending accolades.

Man, as indicated by these last few posts, it’s apparent that being a Carolina fan is REALLY tough right now. Again, good luck with the rebuild. Stay classy as usual.

I hear a lot of clucking from fans whose season ended in November… just background noise.

Congrats on Lattimore. He’ll be good for rebuilding.

Bwahahaha...

“Living’s mostly wasting time and I’ll waste my share of mine”

Now that was a running back that put on quite a show in Willie B.

My son played football with Tyler Renew the other day. Talk about a Columbia kid that was giddy to put a stompin on the Gamecocks.

Great kid too that has dealt with some really tough stuff in his life. He was phenomenal with the little 8-9 year olds.

No argument there. I believe the Citadel gave SCar a better game than Clemson.

Let’s be honest, El Cid held SCar to ten less points than did Clemson.

So, we know from a defensive perspective the Citadel is better than Clemson.
