I have been floating around here for quite awhile, but rarely post anything. I am looking for a place to rent for the weekend of May 16th around Lemon Island. It will be four guys in their 40’s and I am looking at cost rather that how nice it is. Prefer water front. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Lemon Island is a pretty small place, not a “rental” market - look around the area and decide between Bluffton, Beaufort, HHI. If it is waterfront and a pup-tent - its still gonna be pricey.

There are only a total of 4 residences on the waterfront on Lemon Island. Not much chance you will find anything there.

Thanks for the help guys. I know it is a long shot, but worth a try. I live on Lady’s Island but was hoping to plan this guy’s weekend with as little driving as possible. Charter would like to leave out of Lemon Island. I guess dock pick-up may too much to ask for.
Are you fishing inshore or deep - there are some places like lands end or whale branch that might be available. The more info - the better we can direct you. Your charter capt. may know of something??

If you don’t mind roughing it a bit, you might try camping on Daws Island. Not far from the Lemon Island ramp and absolutely beautiful. You will need to see https://www.dnr.sc.gov/mlands/regulations?p_id=31.

we rented a deepwater home near lemon island last may- really nice and big enough for 2 families, cost $800 for the week. look at VRBO
