I think he will pull a Ryan Leaf. Make his $$$$ and not give a (**() about anyone but himself. I don’t think he would last a year in the NFL as a starter. He is too slow to be a running QB and does not have a great arm. I thought he was faster than what he is. Think he ran a high 4.8’s 40 time. Most defensive linemen are capable of that. Who knows? He might shock us all.

He was fun to watch in college. but he was not a true running QB. he made something out of nothing with his feet. I think his arm is better than most people think but I do think he will struggle in the NFL. Partially because it is the NFL, partially because it is the Browns.
The Browns will be held to account if Johnny Football doesn’t work out, but if ■■■■■■■■■■■ losses 3 or more games to start the season the stands will be screaming for Manziel. It’s just the way it works. He’s a proven commodity on the big stage of SEC football…a very good indicator of future NFL caliber. He’ll get his chance.

He looked and played great in college, but now he will be up against the best of the best pro defenses. Once he gets his clock cleaned a few times, he will reconsider his attitude.

Dear Miller…Having a hard time deciphering your posts. Not exactly the Queen’s English, if you get my drift. Keep in mind that playing professional baseball is about 100 times more difficult than playing football. Baseball require the average position player to command approximately 250 skill sets. Football requires far far less…mostly strength, speed and agility that comes from genetics vs. skill development. I wouldn’t be so convinced that Johnny Football could show up and take somebody’s job in the Minor’s, much less the Major’s. As far as getting hit, and taking the licks in pro football, the average career lasts less than 5 years…most don’t survive the physicality of that level of contact at any size, at any position. That’s why NFL stands for “Not For Long”. Back up Quarterback, Punter/Kicker/Holder are the way to go to get paid long term. Johnny Football could make a lot of real $$$$ carrying a clipboard, and then go into coaching. Just sayin’.
