I have made up my mind to go to the Clem-UL game next year. These fellows all seemed this way when I spoke to them in Clemson this year when we played em.

On behalf of the ACC and new conference brother UofL, I want to congratulate you all on your huge win last night against Oklahoma. That was big for the ACC and Clemson.
Louisville fans loved coming to Clemson this year - you were great and hospitable hosts. UofL fans surely will love having you this coming year, and return the hospitality and graciousness.
We all felt that Clemson was the best Defense we played all year. But, you did not get the respect you deserved, compared to SEC teams and the other Power 5, and neither did the conference, throughout the year. That is why this win is so much sweeter.
I have to admit, I did not expect this performance with Stoudt. But, winners rise to the occasion and you have to give him a lot of credit for his poise and execution today. He proved a lot of people wrong.
Last, I want to say how impressed I am with Dabo Swinney. He seems like a real class act, with tremendous character, seems to be genuinely appreciative of the coaching opportunity and built something lasting at Clemson, where he has had four 10 win seasons ? I think that is correct. Anyway, he doesn’t get enough credit for the program and type of coach he is at Clemson.
Hopefully, we can win against Georgia and do our part, as well, today. I have to admit, I am concerned having our 3rd string QB, lost our #1 RB to grades and NFL, and Georgia might be the 2nd best team in the SEC and a top 5 team. Still, I think our team will be ready.
