Angler’s Dream
My 18 year old son is currently working on his certification and just landed a part-time, summer job at a dive shop here in Columbia. He is really excited and hopes he can get some experience down there while he attends CoC. I am certified but haven’t done any serious diving in 20 years. It really is a great hobby (or obsession). Thanks for sharing.

Man, with 3 aggressive encounters on divers from big sharks in Charleston so far in June alone, I am not sure why anyone would want to get certified nowadays! They seem to be getting much worse now that there isn’t really any commercial shark fishermen any more. Thank God, I haven’t seen a tiger shark over 12’ yet!!! Not sure what I am going to do with the 14’ footer comes along.
Did you see where that big tiger was munching on the smaller shark they caught at the Y-73? I bet he would be just as eager to grab your stringer full of groupers.
And the great whites that have decided they like warm waters is another concern, 12-14ft tiger-missing a leg or arm, 12-14ft GW- lower torso gone!
One tooth in an artery at 100’ and you don’t have to worry about making it back in time for dinner.
Okay, stop that right now. My 18 year old is getting certified. At 18 he is invulnerable but I know better.

the shark thing was not the purpose of the video. Everything seems to go negative on this website. Yes sharks are out there. there is one in the video. they do there thing and basically leave us alone. There are snakes in the woods. I bet more people encounter snakes. Should we not leave our homes? Stay cool everyone life is good. if you are not living then you are dying. The whole purpose of the video was up beat not the world is coming to an end.
