Hand injury was a freak thing. His ACL was already torn prior to stepping foot on campus according to the doctors.

Spurrier still ran the young man into the ground. He should have declared after his junior year. You can see the effects him staying had on Mike Davis, Clowney and the others leaving early, they took time off and protected themselves in their final year. Now Spurrier’s going to ride that fanbase until it breaks to the tune of $2.5 million a year, lotta money for 6-6 at best.
