Another Blog Gone to Hell … good luck with the tournament. My sincere point is that every discussion thread should not be a tournament advertisement. Put that stuff on the “discussions” page, not the “Reports” page. It’s not a fishing report until somebody actually went FISHING.
Now, let’s all shut up and fish - I leave the dock at 4AM & look forward to posting a Real Report tomorrow night.

I think I’m on the side of charity with this as well. I’ve clicked on the threads from time to time. Wish I had a boat/crew and the entry fee. I would surely have entered. Good luck and God bless all those kids!!

To those that have a problem with the advertising of a “NOT-FOR-PROFIT” tournament, of which all of the proceeds go to arguably one the best charites/causes around…lets just hope that you, your family, and/or friends are fortunate enough to never need any of the services that the proceeds from this charity will provide!!!
If any of you that are tired of reading about this tournament aren’t smart enough to NOT CLICK ON THE LINK AGAIN, than I sure dont want you on my 16 mile out “yonder”! And folks wonder why I dont fish on the weekends…

All I will say is I am a Shriner and do not be too quick to judge folks who are sponsoring a tournament that benefits a Shriner’s Children’s Hospital that treats children with severe burns and Orthopeadic birth deffects.
And just for the record these hospitals around the United States have NO Billing Dept.'s, health insurance claims office, cash registers or any other form of payment office. They are supported solely by the North American Shrine Endoment Fund and various fund raisers such as this.
So JERMS and others go belly ache that it is in the wrong forum to someone else. Personally I was happy to see it and 2ASAS more power to you brother. Wish I were going to be in town to support the tournament!!!
