Got to fish this weekend went to bed dreaming on the perfect 7.Am tide 1/2 moon top water will work if I can make myself get on the water early. Well got up around 5:30 look out the window and the wind is 10-20 mph.get on the water around 6:00 go to my when the wind is blowing hole worked articals for 1 1/2 hours no bites ( maybe 1 not sure). Went to check if any shrimp were in the creek cast 6-7 times caught 4 small shrimp,1 crab,2 mullets so back to the hole. set up the anchor retie two rods for the bottom cut the crab into 4 baits and begin to fish 5 min. into the soak I get a bite set the hook and after a rod and reel under the anchor rope 10 min net a nice 28" Red rebait and put back to the same area 5Min. later I think I getting small fish pecking at crab reel the line tight and have a 32" Red nice fight and personal best. no more crab and no more bites soak cut mullet no bites. Fished Sunday artificals when to trout drop 1st thing no bites worked oyster bank though I was hung up on a oyster but oysters don’t shake thier heads finally get a 24 " flounder in the net again a personal best for Edisto finished off with another Flounder 18" and a real nice trout 20" and several small trout. Rain moved in I moved out.
