oh yeah, everyone does it, i’m sure the original ivy league teams who were the teams to beat 100+ years ago had some form of extra incentive to get the best athletes. This guy just happened to have more ties to SEC football, than say, ACC basketball. So thats why the article circled the south, and SEC football in particular.
I am curious though, he kept referring to it as illegal payments. What is the illegal part? or does he mean against NCAA rules
