I didn’t see any like a 21lb dolphin and a 20lb wahoo-- they may have weighed a few more after I left. I was busy watching the boat washers most of the time.
Tell us more about the boat washers please…

the fish are not cooperating at this point. the weeds are not either. very few fish caught. dem boys w/ 2 sails is in the lead. i think there were 7 or 8 sails total. none behind our boat. no marlins. the tournament is still wide open. tomorrow is a new day hopefully we will bring better mojo along.

Quite a bit different than the 120+ billfish caught last year in the same tournament (I think)… I hope this doesn’t allude to a poor fall sailfish bite…

I’m sure it is directly related to the trend of boating billfish for pictures. Either the fish are dead or they have seen the inside of a boat and have decided they don’t want to do be molested by any more sweaty fishermen (especially on film).

OVER BUDGET
I would have to agree with skinneej and schoolboy, we were too busy watching the boat washers as well to see what was being weighed and entered. We were heading out to do some evening flats fishing and wouldn’t have motor by if it wasn’t for the boat washers. I wonder what they charge per foot.
