First time posting and new to fishing in the south, I was wondering with Fall and winter coming at what point will it become harder to find Menhaden?

Fritz, not sure about Charleston, but there were massive schools of mehaden in Calibogue Sound Sunday. Plenty of Jacks and Tarpon also. At what water temp do they move offshore? Thanks
