This could be problematic if he does not play. USC will need to play a ball control type of game or it may be a coming out party for David Williams, who is the heir apparent when Davis leaves at the end of this season.

that would suck, brandon wilds is very talented as well but obviously you want mike davis starting in a big game too. Hopefully he can get in the game a good bit. BUt i have faith in wilds in the worst case scenario to put points on the baord.

I agree fishb8, but he plays rough and tends to get banged up. I know toward the end of last season he was not healthy and it showed. First SEC game of the season you want your best and most exsperienced guys out there, totally healthy. With that said, from what I’ve heard David Williams is the real deal and will have an impact this season.
Mark it down; this year is a coming out party for Brandon Wilds.

yeah just read he was back to normal in practice yesterday and not wearing the injured jersey. Weird. But glad to hear it need him to run all over the TAMU defense.
