Got on the water a little late but fished last part of rising and most of the falling tide. Caught plenty of spottails in the slot and several over (one being 35") Caught about a dozen trout and 3 flounders! Water temp between 57 and 58 degrees. All fish caught on an assortment of artificial baits. The bites were not aggressive and you almost had to hit the spot “just right”. Great day on the water with a good friend and my #2 son. It’s something to say for a 10 year old to hang in there all day with his old man.

That is great to hear. It is a great habit to get them into, and a great way to get to spend time with them when they get older and develop “other interests”.
