Making drain boxes. Drains from deck, cockpit box gutters and fwd seating drains will come into each of these, and the oval scuppers will go out the side of the hull. I will close the top of these small boxes off with a lid piece that will have a round pry out access plate in the top in case anything gets stuck in the drain system. The rest of the plumbing will drain into the bilge or get macerated thru the junction valve box I’m building.
Sea chest also, where bilge pumps will feed livewells and raw water washdown pump will get fed.
Macerator junction box from all below deck fish boxes.
Pouring a little foam.
Methacrylate added in gunnel cutout joint. Will put a few thin veil layers of glass over this joint and then putty.
You do know that we all expect you to let us see this thing up close when you get her all buttoned up. You’re going to have to park in a parking lot somewhere and were we can all come over and gawk.

Phin, been following your thread, great rebuild. Hopefully, I won’t be shot, but I’ve got a suggestion. Get some peel ply (nylon curtain backing), you can do your glass layup, slather on your fairing putty, put a larger piece of peel ply over the top. You can then really work all the air out, fair to fine edge, shape corners, etc. all at one time. When it kicks off, peel it off, and cut your time, materials and sanding down a third. Ok, CFC hunters, load your weapons.

I have some peel ply sitting on the table, but I haven’t brought myself to try it yet. May have to.
Will see how long the 05 F250 lasts. A new F300 would be perfect power for this rig.
I am hoping for 30 knots and 2.5mpg. Probably not going to have much speed on top end, but if this boat is at least as good as my last, it will ride good at 30 knots any day that has a good forecast.
