Looking good! I’m in town for a couple weeks if you’re looking for a spare hand.
Thanks Rap
Brian and Mike at LineX of Sarasota met me at 10PM Sunday night for me to drop the boat off with them and go over what I wanted. XS650 LineX from the rubrail in to the console base, and all the metalwork will be LineX 650 also. All Matterhorn. The livewell interiors will get the Imron MS600.
Before going into their shop
Hard top done on the topside. Have to prep the underside for paint to match the hull sides.
Fun part comes next

So when will you get her back from the LineX guys?

Not soon enough… I’m ready to see this thing splash. Awesome job documenting the build. I get too anxious when doing a project and fail to photo and document it properly. Usually end up with before and after pics only.

This has been one cool thread.
Hat’s off to you for hanging in there though all of the challenges. Paying off in a big way it appears! Or about too:smiley:!

Thinking about a 300HP motor instead of the 250 I planned.
What’s my Yamaha F250 worth?
2005 LH (counterrotating) foot with low hours.
1400hrs on engine.
With controls.
Luke 8:22-25
If you think you may need more HP then go ahead and get it now.
I’m slightly underpowered and looking for a deal on a 225. Would love the F250 but I’m a little scared of the 1400 hours. Counter rotating doesn’t matter.

I don’t think 1400hrs is an issue for those motors, but I would sell it for a price that’d make it worth your while to get that extra HP and fuel economy. Just let me know.

thinking this will be close to the setup. Power buses and switches will be under the helm on the aft console interior wall. Sirius module and VHF’s will be in the electronics box.
Luke 8:22-25
1400 hrs is not much on that motor. i have been reading people doing 5000 hrs or more on those motors before wearing out the power head.

1400 on a four stroke is nothing to sweat about. If you look around you’ll see thousands of hours, and worry free.

I swapped a bunch of switch covers around and think I found my final version of Mojo’s main switch panel. There will be a lot of isolated local switches also.
I am asking 5,950.00 for the yamaha F250. Send me a PM. Purchased from a CF member and would be cool to let another CF member get it.

The LineX guys took my boat to a welder in Sarasota and added 3 rod holders and a new front mounting pad to my T top frame.
Luke 8:22-25
Man, the MOJO aint back yet. I’m going through withdraws.
Ask me no questions I’ll tell you no lies.
They wanted more time. Could be done down there this weekend.

What kind of stereo system are you putting in? Sorry if you’ve already stated this I went back a couple pages and gave up.
