decided to take advantage of the fantastic weather today and went down to fish the falling tide/beginning of the rising

caught one slotty red, an undersized trout, and a tiny sheepy

the red and sheep caught on live shrimp. the trout on a pink doa shrimp. thought the trout were gonna really turn on, but it wasn’t my day

nice to spend some time on the water.

just had a redfish sammich… so it was worth the trip :smiley:

tried really hard to find a mullet or two in the net, but they just weren’t there… wish i had brought some mud minnows!

should be about time to catch some nice flounder out there btw…

shrimp were jumbos… bought from charleston marine though!
