Muschamp On The Hot Seat - Already?

1 of 2 things will happen and it all revolves around the OC (or acting OC). If he is aggressive with the play calling, I think USC will win. If he calls it like the previous one did, USC will lose big.
The defense is pretty good, just the offensive can’t sustain drives and put points on the board. so the D gets worn down and left in bad field situations.

Alabama won’t score 10 points until it’s too late.

I think the bowl came is huge. They beat, or blow out UM, it’s a launching pad for next year. They lose being blown out, or lose being out coached, then rut ro…

Nothing screams believing in your own words and committing to your comments like the word “possibly.”

Hoppy, you are “that” Clemson fan. Your team is in the CFP (for the 3rd year in a row) and could “possibly” (see what I did there) play for the NT for the third time in a row and yet the only thing consuming your every post is USC…a team that your team dominates…a team NOT in the CFP…a team NOT playing for a NT…a team NOT playing in as big of a bowl game. You were probably that high school kid that went back to the local middle school to take lunch money from 6th graders.

If my team didn’t suck and was playing in the post season, let alone play for a NT, the last thing on my mind would be some lesser team and their coaching staff.

Besides, as mentioned on the 1st page of this trolling success (which it is), I have yet to see this “article” you say you got your unbiased information from to back up anything you’ve said as something other than your orange-tinted hogwash. So far, you’re the CNN of the Sports Forum on CF. Granted, the whole thing has been entertaining and comical, so you have that going for you.

Muschamp will be alright. Harbaugh is a con artist first, and a choke artist second. Boom will win the bowl game and all will be well in Cootville.

Next year, Coots 7-5 and Tigers 11-2 before bowl season. One can hope, right? I would ask Santa that for Christmas but he’s already bringing another Natty a few days late this year.

FINALLY!!! A Clemson fan talking about THEIR team and the hopes for another NT!!! Thanks Geronimo!!!

And I agree with your thoughts on Harbaugh.

Any bets on which school replaces their head coach next? Does Alabama even want Dabo? Possibly?

After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.

without saban, why not go after the coach that has met him 2 (prob 3) times in the last 2 NC games.
I would think the bigger question is would Dabo leave? He has done everything he can at Clemson. But I think he would stay. he seems more like the set root/legacy type of guy.

They don’t want him and he’s not leaving.

I would bet Chad Morris will have coached in the NFL and be out of the NFL before the day comes that Dabo isn’t at Clemson

If/When Saban leaves Alabama, AND Dabo is still cranking out winners at Clemson, Bama would be absolutely insane if they didn’t give Dabo a call. Granted, that doesn’t mean Dabo would leave. That said, if/when Saban leaves and IF Bama calls on Dabo to come back home and IF Dabo has won another NT or two at Clemson, what else would Dabo have to prove at Clemson? Why would he tell Bama “no” at that point? We all know, if we’re being honest with ourselves, Bama has deeper pockets (for football) than Clemson does so you know IF this were to ever come to fruition, Bama would throw insane money at Dabo and if they wanted him bad enough, Clemson couldn’t match the money Bama would offer.

Again, I’m not saying it’s going to happen, and definitely not any time soon, but you know what they say, “never say never.”

I understand Clemson fans never WANT Dabo to leave. I don’t blame you but again, you can’t and have no guarantee Dabo will never leave.

Spurrier would “never” leave Florida. Meyer would “never” leave Florida. Carroll would “never” leave Southern Cal. Fulmer would “never” leave Tennessee. Brown would “never” leave Texas. Tressel would “never” leave Ohio State. Yet, for one reason or another, they all left places their fans said they’d “never” leave. Surely none of you Clemson are that naïve.

“…be a man and PM me.”

  1. Make Clemson players wear blindfolds
  2. Suit up band members for the 4th quarter
  3. Loan SC Clemson players for at least one quarter.
  4. Make the Tigers chug a beer after every FG and a shot after every TD.
  5. Take a knee on every possession in the 4th.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

23 said Sprurrier would never leave, and was under no pressure to leave. He knew the hbc wasn’t going anywhere, because he knew people “in the know”, who had “told him so”. I think that was a couple of weeks before sos packed his banner and left SC standing there naked with no recruits, no players, and no plan. Enter Muschamp.

MY point is no one knows what a coach will do. Even if you know the people 23 knows. However, there are educated guess’s…

Bama will want Kiffin

LOL!!! Kiffin isn’t mature enough for a program like Alabama. He needs to go somewhere that doesn’t have any “expectations” to live up to. I’d say FAU is perfect for him except for the fact he will struggle to get enough media attention down there. That’s why he trolls people on Twitter and says and does some asinine things on and off the field; just for the attention.

That’s very interesting. Especially if CU wins the game. Wouldn’t want him right away, but if Nicky says he’s had enough in the next couple years

How was Boom’s recruiting class yesterday? Did they get what they went after, get some ballers?

USC finished early signing period in the top 15 (#15) per Rivals. I don’t believe any school/team will know if they have any “ballers” until they line up against the competition. I don’t place a lot of confidence in pre-season rankings and/or “star” ratings.
