Have a few people who will let me know if they get any but figured I should post here as I have 12 days and 0 rays currently.
Rays make great shark bait, so I need some for my teams trip to FL for the Big Hammer Challenge. If you hook into some and live on james island or near folly contact me : 631-553-6301, or if you come home from offshore and have some larger heads/carcasses I can take those off your hands as well.

I don’t personally produce many since I usually throw artificial baits, but I can suggest the harbor. I have yet to get skunked fishing for big rays out near the Battery or the park on the north side. In years past when I didn’t have a boat, and the summer heat had the surf boiling and inactive, I’d do whatever it took to put fish on the hook.
A big hunk of squid, a heavy egg sinker, and an 8/0 circle hook always worked for me.

i have enough cooler space and freezer space for probably 20 or so of like dinner plater to 30lbers… the really big guys i need to cut up before i freeze them
