I just got the boat moved out into the driveway for the flip tomorrow so I was able to get some better picture angles.
Just got the boat flipped, now back to the fun fiberglass work, haha.

Well we got the inside seams taped with biaxial cloth and the wide cloth epoxied in, the boat transferred to the trailer and then spent some time moving the boat, tools, and supplies to our inside shop space for the fall and winter months. Here are a few pics. We will start on getting all the stringers and cross supports in this week.

Spent a little time today getting the stringers cleaned up and setting in place with the stations. Hope to glue them in tomorrow, start to glass by the end of the week and then start fitting the stations out of the good marine wood.

Here is a little more progress. Got the stringers glued, filleted, and glassed in and all the bulkheads resized, re cut, and glued in. Next is glassing the bulkheads in and then fairing the center console and bilge areas, running chase tubes for wiring and plumbing, and installing fuel cells, water tank, and spraying foam.

Well, here is where we stand as of now. Just got the first coat of fairing compound on the interior so off to a lot of sanding, sanding, and painting. Once this is done, its mostly wiring, rigging, and mounting hardware though so hopefully we’re turning the corner. Still on track for our Mid March deadline so Im happy overall with the progress.
My next project is the hard top and I’m looking for some input on what the best size will be. The boat is 28’ with an LOA of 29’6" and a 9’6" beam. The console is 50" long x 36" wide x 45" tall. The leaning post/tackle station is 30" long x 36" wide and the two are spaced 18" apart so the overall is about 100" x 36". There is 22" between the console and sidewalls at the narrowest point on each side so the interior is about 80" at the floor.
I think the proportion between the hard top and boat can make or break the overall look so i’m looking forward to everyone’s preference and input on this.
