I live in Charleston and will be visiting the folks on HHI Easter weekend when one of my 17 yr old nephews will be at the grandparents house. He’s itchin to go fishin for a few hours the Saturday Easter eve. I’m thinking a good 3-4 hours around dusk could provide a nice topwater trout bite which he would love.
Anyway, I don’t think I’m going to bring my boat down because I need some trailer work done.
Any suggestions on a skiff rental or similar (can’t splurge on $350-$500 for a guide right now…) that can get us to the fish?
Other ideas?
Anyone want fishing partners willing to bring beer, snacks, bait, gas, etc?
