Hello All! I have been reading the forum for awhile and finally signed up. I get to Edisto quite often and try to keep up with what’s going on through the CF.com page. I have only been fishing Saltwater for abour 4 years so I consider myself a rookie and will be looking for all the help I can get on improving my catch. My catch is few and far between but I have a blast trying. I’ll be down this Wednesady and Thursday to try some inshore spots.

there is good fishing on both sides of the the south Edisto River, fish the good looking places, the fish are there!!

Hey Bob, I just caught your post and will make sure that I’ll give you a call my next trip down to Edisto. Next trip to the coast is Charleston 4/24 to try my luck with an old buddy. I’ve never fished there but I’m not scared to try. My skunk trip to Edisto 3/14 I went to the right on Big Bay after putting in at Live Oak, fished the last two hours of low tide while drifting out using shrimp DOA. I need to mention that I’ve never caught a red fish or trout:frowning_face:. Oh! Don’t feel sorry for me, I do have some trophy pics of sails, kingfish and dolphin. These were caught off of NC and FL coast.
