IMO, South Carolina is playing better football with renewed enthusiasm.
So, Spurrier wasn’t that good of a coach after all…why are they playing better for a transformed O line coach, rather than a hall of fame coach?
He’s just a cheerleader. Not a real head coach. I bet he dances.
Honestly, I think Spurrier threw the players under the bus so many times, they just quit on him…

I think Eliott is just using is players to the best of their abilities right now. Spurrier was trying to make them into something they weren’t and Elliott is taking what he’s been given. He’s doing a great job IMHO.

I think it’s more that Spurrier was ready for retirement and really just didn’t care anymore… He said so himself in his interview…
