Not my lane

I enjoy diving posts and videos but I have never done any diving.

When it comes to lion fish and their venom, I understand that hot water helps neutralize the damage. In MREs (meals ready to eat) there is a hot pack that you add water to and starts a chem reaction. You only add about 4oz of water but it practically boils. They are fairly cheap at about $5 a meal and last in a decent storage area. I thought the idea was worth sharing.

BlueGoose I have been wondering how to produce piping hot water on the boat for a while now. This is a great idea. I was more worried about sting rays while at the beach but the premise is the same.
Thanks for sharing the idea. Will definitely be put to good use.

interesting idea! ive gotten a few lionfish, will continue to stab and eat all that i find, and havent been stung yet, but the chance is always there.
