Got to Edisto at around 10:00 AM on Saturday got on the water @ 11:30 AM 2:30 Low?
Tried a couple new spots in around Baily’s Island no Luck decided to go to Store Creek and after 40min. pushig off sand bars retreated my path back to the South Edisto determined to fish Store creek anyway got four 17-18" Spot tails to hit my pearl gulp grub. Sunday on the water at 8:00 AM with a 9:30 High hit the grass and and went 1 for three a 28" Pig. water seem to be getting out in a hurry and not one to want to stay until 9:30 PM in grass I pull out to catch’em comming out of the grass caught another nice fish on Chatter bait as I was working my way to my vaorite spot. got set up in favorite stot and put some mud minnows to work under the cork and it wasn’t long before fish on caught several good fish on the minnow. Saw several nice fish moving threw the chatter bait at them and hooked up with a 27" fish that was able to get into both lines with corks out anyway nice fish but not sure she was worth all the effort of getting everything tangeled up. All in all beautiful wekend at Edisto. Best time to fish is when both Carolina and Clemson have 12:00 Games. No one fishing but me.
