Heard good reports and decided to burn a day and come down to fish. Bait was everywhere. Fish were there but not like had been portrayed. Every drop had a couple of fish–mostly small. Did have 2 keeper bass, 1 keeper trout, and a keeper flounder. Broke off several in the docks. Nice day on the water with more boat traffic than I would have liked. Fished artificials as low tide was mid afternoon and I wasn’t patient enough to wait and throw a net. Good Lord willing–I’ll be back soon.
