Ok...back to CU & USC predictions

CU 17
UGA 20

Can Clemson win? Yes if Stout plays lights out and our WR’s step up. Even with Brooks out I think we will be OK at RB because we have talent there but unproven. RB is one place its easy to setup up without experience.

But my gut tells me its going to be too loud in there and we will make too many mistakes on offense. I’m confident our offense will get rolling this season but tough first game on the road.

SC 27
TAMU 14

TAMU’s defense should be terrible again and even with Dylan throwing a pick or two Mike Davis is going to carry the team. Byrd and Roland get short TD passes in the endzone.

I think UGA might want this game more based soley on the fact they got the L in this game last year. Also, athens is a tough place to play, especially an opener.

I wish i had paid more attention to TAMU last year so i knew what USC was up against. I’ll stick with vegas spread here…

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I hate to agree with you, but I think you’re spot on. Clemson has the tougher challenge for sure, but they tend to show up for the big games early in the year. Georgia’s running game will win or lose this game I think.

I was this { } close to having a ticket to both games. I’ll let you know how loud it is between the hedges.

What you said. Plus it’s a conference game, so the Brice is gonna be electric. Can’t wait…

I think this is a fair assessment.

A&M can’t stop a nose bleed. Clemson has a lot to prove on offense, but I think they get the job done.
South Carolina 31-13 over A&M
Clemson 27-24 over UGA

I think A&M will get a big dose of downhill running to help with the passing game. It is tough to play at USC and I think the winning streak continues.

Just like it is tough to play at USC, between the hedges is brutal also. I think the situation is the same, Clemson will get a huge dose of downhill running to assist in UGA passing game. I’m not sure what to expect from the game, but with the 3 knowns(Hedges, Gurley, Marshall) I think the edge goes to UGA.

A couple of big plays and stengy defense wins this one

" It is what it is".

Clemson’s front seven will limit the damage in the running game. They won’t stop UGA stone cold or anything – Gurley is going to get his. But they’ll slow him down enough to make Mason throw the ball, and he won’t be terrific.

Meanwhile UGA has a pile of suspensions and injuries. I like Clemson – even in Athens.

Clemson 27, UGA 21

The USC game is a tougher one to call. USC should win, but A&M matches up well with some nice, big WR’s against an inexperienced and thin USC secondary. USC is not going to get the pass rush of year’s past. Hopefully they can get some consistent pressure, but if not A&M could have a big day in the air.

On the flip side, I see USC scoring on A&M early and often. The best thing that defense has going for them is that they were young and bad last year. Big deal, they’ll be old and bad this year (except for Myles Garrett, but even Clowney took a while to be ready for prime time, and Garrett isn’t Clowney) So I think USC should win, but if it turns into a shootout, a turnover could decide it.

Remember this one…

I would like to hear more about how USC and AM match up well? Nothing you said is actually matching up well?

http://www.postandcourier.com/article/20140826/PC20/140829492/1032/gamecocks-star-linebacker-moore-wont-start-against-texas-am

Gamecocks’ star linebacker Moore won’t start against Texas A&M

So more of an attitude adjustment than anything…

Just curious why Clemson fans think there senior QB is so much better than UGA senior QB?

who said that fish? There are questions with Cu’s, UGA’s and yours as well.
