I didn’t realize playing AU and Troy was considered pressure, week in and week out.
His point was that when you are a top 5 team most of your opponents play their best games of the year. There is added fuel to the competitive fire.
You all should remember that from back in the day when the cocks were a top 5 team.
Bama has 7 top 25 teams on the schedule. CU has 1
hard to compare.

Actually bama has 5 teams in the top 25 and Clemson has 2.
And out of those 5 Bama plays Florida and LSU who are overrated right now.
Yes it’s a tougher schedule but regardless top teams are getting other teams best shots.
And Clemson is dealing with hype on an unprecedented level, that the coaches have not dealt with before.
It’s not easy. See OSU and FSU the years after they won the NC.
