Be real careful on the dock at Edisto Marina - unless they have repaired it, right at the down ramp there is a separation of the dock sections that results in a 3" trip hazard that got me last Tuesday. I did a full face plant on the dock, teeth first, glasses frame broken, cut knee, cut hand, cut chin, and an hour later realized that I could not breath more than a puff at the time - cracked rib on left side, bruised rib on the right side. Spent the rest of vacation on the couch at 806 Palmetto. I was very lucky - could have done serious dental damage. I did not, however, break my beer. All joking aside, this dock situation needs to be taken care of - I understand it has been like this for a couple of weeks anyway…maybe the management got worried and fixed it after my accident…BE CAREFUL!!
