Otter Island?

Hey guys,
This is not a fishing question but I know you guys will know the answer. My wife and her friend want to go out to Otter Island next week while we are down. At one time Edisto Water Sports was running a ferry back and forth over there. Their website is DOA. Are they still in business? If not, is anyone else performing this service.

ruvidu We can combine a ferry service/ fishing charter. We can drop your wife and friend off at Otter Is. and you and I can fish for trout and reds. We would never be more than a ten minute run from your wife (I have a fast boat) I guide out of Edisto Marina. Bob Sanders 803-300-2780

2weeks ago EWT was taking a group (must have been 20)on a tour, so I would think they still perform the ferry to Otter!

Bob - I may just take you up on that. I just don’t know if the ladies would want to stay on the island as long as I would want to fish.

you’d be surprised how much time you can waste at otter if you’re properly prepared. a few lounge chairs with cooler of ice and a portable margarita maker and you’ll have a pretty good day doing anything you could normally do on the beach at Edisto.
