Is the fish that I would call a nasty ole toad fish actually a monkfish that those people love to eat?

I think so, was just walking and snapped a quick pic.

If I had access to a proper kitchen Id love to go down into that market and cook a sit down cloth napkin supper with all the trimmings

Some really awesome and interesting pics, but this one made me chuckle.

Thanks for the ride along

jeez that’s a lot of walking. Looks like your having fun!

Man, sure seems like a really good time to challenge some peeps to a walk off or some sort of weight loss adventure…

Cool stuff there ef.

The flee markets were cool.

The 1st flee (not flea) market in the world was in Amsterdam.

Back in the day when the Jews were fleeing Europe from the Nazis, before their departure to the Americas, they would gather at a certain place to sell off their possessions for whatever cash they could get.

Thus, the original “flee” market.

That was a big “Oh Wow” moment for me.

The brass things in the cobblestones with names on them denote the Jews who lived in that house that were forcefully displaced to places like Auschwitz by Hitlers regime
