Piers with sectioned off king fishing?

Last time i went down for a fishing trip everyone was throwing over everybody’s lines. It got very frustrating. So next time i head down to the coast id like to do some king fishing just so i dont have to worry about that issue, well hopefully.

What piers have the sectioned off ends with ropes maybe? etc (saw one like this in florida)

folly pier does, but they catch very few kings there and it doesnt stop people from crossing the ropes anyways.
