Had a long and tiring Hampton Wildlife Fund Board meeting in Columbia yesterday. Took 3 hours off this morning to play with my little red buddies. Check the color of that tail on the one laying across the net! Beautiful fish! All fish came on VuDu shrimp.
Thanks Spec. I quit posting because so many folks PM’d me or approached me in person saying I was giving away too much info. I was just trying to help others know what was going on.
Please keep up the posts wildlifesc. All those naysayers are just jealous of all the fish you catch! I think the reason this website exists is to share our fishing experiences/knowledge and learn from other’s experiences and knowledge. Those of us who live away from the coast log on to see what is going on in the river, and to (try to) time our few trips when the river is producing. For those new to our sport, this site is a wonderful source to ask questions and learn. What good is a fishing website without fishing posts?
Don’t stop posting,I don’t get out as often as I’d like and seeing your posts only fires me to up to try more often. The ones that don’t like them can look somewhere else. KEEP THEM COMING!!!
all gave some , some gave all–only two offered to die for you, christ for your sins , the soldier for your freedom!!!
Have not fished inshore in quite sometime, but when I did, you helped me out a great deal with advice/tips and I really appreciated that!
On a side note, when I finally caught my first Red, my then 12yr old son was with me and we caught 20 plus lower slot fish!! So happy that he was the one with me when that happened:smiley:!
He will be 21 in Feb so between work/school…ect it is hard to get together.
