i know this is not a hunting topic. I wanted my hunting buddies to know that I won a seat in the World Series of Poker main event. It starts July1. I got the $10k entry and $4k for expenses. First place this year is $10 million!!!
If I win I’ll throw a party on my SC property where we can eat, drink, shoot and have a hell of a time.

Poker Update. Worse week of poker in my life. I played in 8 tournaments. Had pocker aces cracked 6 times. AA against 10 10, Guy flopped quads! AA against 99 guy flopped a 9. AA against A 5 guy rivered a gutshot straight. Had nut flush and guy rivered a full house.
The good news is none of them were the main event. That starts July 2nd. Hopefully I got rid of all my bad luck this week.

Update. In Vegas for main event. I made it past day one. Day 2 is 7/5. I have a slighly be;low average stack, but playing well. I lost a 90k chip pot which really hurt. I had QQ and my opponent had 3-4 and he flopped 10-3-4-
Many champs are already out including Jon Little, Greg raymer, Paul Volpe and , ben Lamb, who final tabled last year

The blinds were 200/400. B Blind raised to $1k I raised to 2k button (3-4) called. BB re-raised to 4k and me a 3-4 called all pre flop. That’s why I never thought the 3-4 helped anyone.
