A gamecock friend emailed this to me saying he never has been a dabo fan but you have to respect him. Cannot believe what his poor mother when through in the hospital for 11 years as a child.
I know quite a few Gamecocks fans who are now fans of Dabo because of this article. Very nice story.

Old news for Tigers fans. He’s been there done that and got the T-shirt. He’s already made his life a success before he coached his first game at Clemson.
There have been plenty of people that take shots at Clemson suggesting that our “recruitment $ucce$$” isn’t legitimate. I dare them to say his backstory alone doesn’t hit home hard with plenty of the kids he’s recruiting. Dabo has worked his ass off for everything he has, he deserves to be where he is.
