I have fished Edisto for years but usually put in at Live Oak, Steamboat or the Marina. I thought the Botany Bay ramp was just for very small jon boats. Is there a new one or has the old one been re-done? If it is new I would love to try it. Congrats on your new boy! Great looking kid. You’ll have a fishing partner for life in a few short years. My boys grew up fishing, crabbing and shrimping Edisto waters.
Thanks for any help!

The Frampton Inlet ramp at the end of Botany Bay road is still the same. Mainly used by kayak’ers and small jon boats. That is if the Captain will let you use it. Thanks for the comments about my baby boy. I cannot wait to show him the fishing spots that my Pop-Pop took me in the 70’s and 80’s around Bennett’s Point and Edsito.
The one ya’ll are talking about is called Meads Landing.

i recently put a 38’ portable pile driving rig in at meads landing. the only problem i had was vertical clearance with the trees leading into the ramp.
