A couple of weeks ago CharlestonFishing.Com participated as an exhibitor in the 26th Annual Charleston Boat Show. This was our fourth year participating in the show and we always have a good time. While at the show we enjoy promoting the site, introducing folks to our site that a not familiar with us, meeting folks that are on the site on a regular basis allowing us to put faces with “handles”, getting new ideas and ■■■■■■■■ from our readers, and visiting with many of our advertisers. While speaking with new readers as well as veterans on the site there are several recurring questions that folks have, here are just a few that may help you become more familiar with us and CharlestonFishing.Com:

Q. How many visitors do you currently have on the site?
A. The site is currently experiencing approximately 3,500 visits a day. Based upon last years numbers during peak season, we expect well over 4,000 visits per day this spring. As more folks hear about us the site continues to grow year after year.

Q. Who owns/runs the site?
A. CharlestonFishing.Com LLC is owned and operated by the three Pickett brothers. Vasco Pickett III is the computer guru. He is the designer and administrator for the site. Andy Pickett came up with the concept of our website. He also works as an administrator as well as handling advertising and public relations. Tim Pickett works with advertising and public relations and he is the fisherman. Actually Andy and I both fish together on a regular basis, but since I do not have any children yet, I do get to fish a lot more often.

Q. If I sign up as a user on the site or as a subscriber will my information be shared?
A. CharlestonFishing.Com does not share email addresses or any other private information.

Q. Do you run charters?
A. We prefer to leave the charters to the professionals. While I am a licensed captain, we do not run charters. We do however; have a hand full of guides and captains that contribute to our site on a regular
